  • We have asked all speakers to confirm registration by July 30 2023 in order to secure their speaking spot. If they have not registered and we have not heard from them by this date we may approach applicants on the waiting list. In the meantime we encourage you to register early to confirm your spot at the conference as the venue capacity is limited.
If you submitted multiple applications you will receive a separate notification for each submission. Each submission has an entry ID code. To accommodate as many presenters as possible we may limit the number of times an individual presenter speaks. The planning committee may have selected one of your applications over another to help ensure a balanced program of thematic areas.
  • If you applied on or after the deadline of May 30 your application may be on the waiting list. We will notify you by email if we can offer you a speaking spot.

Please see the hotel and travel section of our website for details of hotels near the conference venue.

Please see your notification email for details of the proposed date and time of your session?

Please also see our refund policy if you have registered but can no longer attend.

  • To accommodate as many presenters as possible and ensure a diverse and inclusive program, our Planning Committee may have communicated to you that your accepted submission has been grouped with other submissions to form a session around a common PHC theme. We are requesting that you nominate one presenter to cover your segment.
